Meet our keynote for the evening Jim Davidson, author of The Public Speakers Bible and well-known as The Speaking Expert.  Jim has been public speaking for over 30 years now.  In the last 6 years he’s been coaching others to do it successfully too.  He’s personally helped hundreds of people improve their public speaking skills and overcome their fears about talking in front of other people.

Before Jim, hear from Linda Buchan of Ology Coaching who’ll answer why people drive you mad!  By learning more about behaviour – yours and others – you can accelerate your success through understanding, recognition and adapting your behaviour to facilitate better communication.  Linda is enthusiastic about DiSC, a brilliant model and tool for providing a common, non-judgemental language for you to explore behavioural differences in the home or workplace. 

With extensive knowledge, expertise and experience gained during her career as a Senior Human Resources professional, and now as an investor and entrepreneur, her specialities include personal development.  She’s a Certified Trainer for “Everything DiSC”.  On top of that she’s qualified by the British Psychological Society in Occupational Testing.

Linda is part of the Ology Network of Business Coaches and works with business owners to help them create more profitable and effective businesses.  Their focus is on tailoring their solutions to meet the needs and wants of their clients and to help them achieve lasting improvements through embedding change.

Payment Terms:  Payment must be received in full BEFORE the event starts or we cannot guarantee your place.

Cancellations and Refunds:  All cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) to events@thepeopleincubator.com or The People Incubator Ltd, PO Box 2030, Livingston  EH54 0DA.  Cancellations received 28 days before the event will be refunded LESS a 15% service charge.  No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 28 days before the event although a substitute may be named at any time before the event starts.

Programme and Content Changes:  We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time and offer an alternative date, a credit or a refund without any liability for consequential or indirect loss.  Programme and content are correct at the time of promotion.  However, it may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the venue, programme and/or the speakers.  Timings are indicative and subject to change on the evening at The People Incubator’s discretion.

Availability:  Places are allocated on a first come first served basis and if payment has not been received in full before the event starts, we reserve the right to cancel your attendance and refuse entry without notice.
